Nowadays, sludge needs to be dewatered, and Yang polymer is used in it. Yang polymer has unique chemical properties, and its molecular structure can be used with the particles in the sludge.

When a Yang polymer is applied to sludge, its Yang ion group is combined with the Yin ion check point on the surface of the sludge particles. This combination, on the one hand, neutralizes the charge on the surface of the particles, so that the particles that were originally dispersed due to charge repulsion are close to each other, promoting the formation of flocculation; on the other hand, the chain structure of the polymer can be used as a bridge to connect multiple particles together to increase the size of the flocculation.

After the sludge is treated by the positive polymer, its fluidity changes, the internal structure is rearranged, and the water is easier to separate from the sludge. The subsequent use of conventional dewatering methods, such as filtration, separation, etc., can effectively improve the dewatering efficiency, significantly reduce the water content of the sludge, and achieve the goal of sludge reduction and stabilization, which is convenient for subsequent disposal and utilization.
