On the proportion of sulfur salt in bauxite
The sulfur salt of bauxite, in order to understand the proportion of its composition, it is necessary to study its chemical principles in detail. Bauxite sulfur salt, the chemical formula is $Al_2 (SO_4) _3 $.

First check the number of atoms. In the molecular bauxite sulfur salt, there are two atoms of aluminum ($Al $), three atoms of sulfur ($S $), and twelve atoms of oxygen ($O $).

The atomic weight of aluminum is about 27 dollars $, the atomic weight of sulfur is about 32 dollars $, and the atomic weight of oxygen is about 16 dollars $.

Then the molecular weight of the bauxite sulfur salt is: 2 dollars\ times27 + 3\ times32 + 12\ times16 $
$= 54 + 96 + 192 $
$= 342 $.

The mass ratio of aluminum in the bauxite sulfur salt is: $\ frac {2\ times27} {342}\ times100\% =\ frac {54} {342}\ times100\%\ approx 15.8\% $.

The mass ratio of sulfur element is: $\ frac {3\ times32} {342}\ times100\% =\ frac {96} {342}\ times100\%\ approx 28.1\% $.

The mass ratio of oxygen element is: $\ frac {12\ times16} {342}\ times100\% =\ frac {192} {342}\ times100\%\ approx 56.1\% $.

From this point of view, the proportion of aluminum, sulfur and oxygen elements in the sulfur salt of bauxite is fixed. If this is clear, its chemical properties and uses are all helpful.
